When Friends Come to Play

Last week was GREAT! It started off with me going to Hidden Springs Ranch with my ward were we did lots of: Rock climbing, basketball, volleyball, swimming, hot tubing, dancing, running, card games, and just having a good time! Then on Friday my friend Julia came down from Rexburg to play! We always have a good time even when we don't do anything too exciting.

On Friday Night we invited my friend Melanie to watch, Sharpay's Fabulous Adventure, with us (Yes we are all over the age of 20 and still watch movies made for 10 year olds). Then on Saturday I invited our friend to go on a hike with us and he picked a great hike! Then we just hung out shooting hoops and wave boarding. Sunday we went to church and after dinner went for a walk to see the Rock at Ponds Park and while we were there I found out Julia had never been to a park with a MaryGoRound so over course we had to go to a park that had one. Lastly on Monday we headed to Gardner Village because we both are poor and I never feel the need to buy anything there but its cute and fun to look at everything.

(Pride Rock is like a sad memorial for the hill that was once there)

It's always fun when friends come to play but now its back to school and work. The nice thing is maybe the weather will start acting like it should the past 2 days have been in the mid 70's its been Great!

So fun! Do you have a calling in the ward yet?
Also, way fun that Julia could come down again!
The hike looked fun. Where is that? I have never heard of it.
Gardener village is definitely a "walk around place to dream." It really is fun to go there...even if you can't afford anything. (Or have the need for anything.)
Thanks for the updates!

I miss Ponds Park...THE Ponds Park...not the tiny little thing it is now. The big slide...those ginormous swings that used to be there before they decided to take my dreams away and build a newer not better park.
